Today is the last day of November, which means I win both NaNoWriMo and NaBloPoMo.

The chicken is where I get my power. Obviously.

I feel good, but not as great as I expected to. However, I did spend the entire day at the hospital due to my grandfather going in for open heart surgery, so that might be a factor. I'll probably make a proper post tomorrow. Right now I need sleep, or maybe some chicken.

I hijacked a computer and realized that I missed a Supernatural Hiatus friending meme, thing-y. Which sucks, because that’s exactly the kinda think I need. If it’s still running tomorrow I’ll probably throw my hat in the ring and get this party started!! (That is if I can actually rustle up some friends)

Don’t mind me, I may be a little hyped up on caffeine. I’ve been working on my NaNo and making real headway with bridging the gap the whole ‘no computer’ thing caused. But I have high hopes of actually finishing. Which is just awesome.

Hum, do these posts actually have to have content to count for NaBloPoMo? I say no. I like that answer.

Almost forgot!

This is my obligatory post for today so I don't lose NaBloPoMo, or whatever.

Still haven't gotten my cord. Stupid mail.

I have nothing to really say so I'll just ramble. I'm going out dancing tonight, it's been way too long. I had everything picked out that I was going to wear when my friend called and said that the dress attire was hip hop. What the heck do hip hop people wear? I'll take a stab at it.

Hopefully I'm not too off the mark.

Um..yeah, I got nothin.

I guess I can do a progress report.

NaBloPoMo: Two weeks!

The surprise is that I'm still winning! Well, at least I still get the participation metal all the other kiddies get.

NaNoWriMo: Still behind, but not by much. Here Have a doohickey-

I should be at around 25000, so it's not too bad.

deanlims: I'm still trying to get inspired for this week's entry. I have a question about the rules I should ask before I put in a bunch of hours and find out it doesn't count. My fingers are crossed that I don't get booted out in the first round. That would be depressing, but probably for the best (see next point). Hey, at least I liked it and that's what counts, right?

j2_everafter: I decided that my time wasn't sufficiently wasted so I needed something else to help monopolize it. Or their own stupid banner inspired me too much to let it go. I signed up for Sleeping Beauty and I'm kinda really excited about it, but I know I won't have time to really work on it until December, which is sad.

Operation LiveJournal-Go!(Is that really what I'm calling it?): Well this one I fail at I think. I can't shake the lurking kick. I would love to have a bunch of friends, but don't have quite enough activation energy to start it off.

I think that's it. I really, really have to stop using YouTube for every post.

I wrote absolutely nothing yesterday for NaNoWriMo so that's going to come back to haunt me. Just like all the other days I did nothing. I finally caved and got the icon, which will predictably change to my default once I delete it next month. (Yeah I'm still bitter about that)

I finally sent in my entry for

deanlims (and that was an experience; I had to re-teach myself photobucket and got angry at its, and my own, inadequacies), but now I have to make one for next week, presuming I make it through this round, and I have absolutely no inspiration. No that's a lie, I did have an idea but it's not panning out the way I would like. Why don't people Cap old movies?

I would like to comment on last night's episode, but with the way that fandom is exploding I think I'll just stay out of it. (I won't even say that I really liked it. Or the fact that it was a convention for a book. Look at comic book conventions, they're 99.9% male. That's just how it is. Crap.)

Hey at least I'm keeping up with NaBloPoMo. That's something right? It's one thing I've committed myself to that I don't seem to be failing at yet.

I did it. I lasted a full week with NaBloPoMo. I wish I was this successful with NaNoWriMo, but I'm not too far behind that I can't catch up. I really didn't think I would make it this far with the everyday thing. It gives me hope that I might be able to go all the way.

I don't even care that I have absolutely nothing interesting to say. But now that I figured out how to do that video embedding thing, I can let the Winchesters give you some good advice.

It has an awesome catchy tune and the vidder did an great job using a scene from every episode up to 4x14.

And because I can; have some Jensen voice from yesterday.

They really are cute together.

I am immensely disappointed with my lack of participation on lj. I had the insane idea that I would start a journal, make a bunch of friends and things would be awesome, but RL got in the way. Ok, no, I got lazy. Then lazy-er. Then pretty much went backward in my progress with mission lj-awesomeness. However, I just found out that there is this thing NaBloPoMo and was lucky enough to sign up just in time for November.

So, I’m going to try this out and hopefully it won’t be a total bust. For extra pressure I had previously signed up for NaNoWriMo, so at least I can write about how I’m not writing for that challenge to count for another challenge. Should be fun.

Ok, the point. Random people of the internet that I have been stalking for years and have never commented to; prepare to be friended in-mass (and finally recieve comments on your awesomeness). I am determined to at least try this time around. Feel free to friend back, or deny the request, no hard feelings. Hopefully things should be interesting.
